DG Entertainment Services Inc. provides event decoration services, customized arrangements, rentals, and gift arrangements. All purchases made through our website are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders & Online Purchases

All orders placed through our website are final once payment is completed. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout. By placing an order, the client confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Customized & Personalized Arrangements

Customized and personalized arrangements are non-refundable. Colors, sizes, and styles may vary slightly due to material availability, while maintaining the agreed concept.

4. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment secures your order and production time.

5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

No refunds are offered for customized items. For non-custom items, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the company’s discretion. Event services follow the official service contract.

6. Delivery Policy

Delivery is included when stated in the product description. Clients must ensure correct delivery address and availability. DG Entertainment Services Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Responsibility & Damages

Once delivered and accepted, DG Entertainment Services Inc. is not responsible for damages, loss, or misuse of products. For rentals, the client assumes full responsibility for damages or missing items.

8. Changes to Orders

Order changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to delivery or event date. Last-minute changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

9. Event Services

Event decoration services purchased online may require additional coordination. Large-scale events may require a formal service contract.

10. Force Majeure

DG Entertainment Services Inc. is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, emergencies, or government orders.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and website content are the property of DG Entertainment Services Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
