How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your date, especially during peak seasons. Ideally, events should be booked at least 3–4 weeks in advance, but availability may vary.
Do you require a deposit to reserve a date?
Yes, payment requirements depend on how the service is booked:
- Packages purchased directly through our website must be paid in full at the time of checkout, unless a financing or payment plan option is selected.
- For custom packages or reservations made directly with us, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date.
- The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date.
- All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
What is included in your decoration packages?
Our packages typically include event setup, decorative elements (such as balloon installations, backdrops, tablescape décor, and themed accents), and breakdown after the event. Each package varies, and details are outlined in the package description or custom proposal.
Can I make changes after booking?
Changes may be allowed depending on availability and timing. Any modifications must be requested in advance and may result in additional charges. Changes are not guaranteed once production has started.
Do you travel for events?
Yes, we provide services within our service area. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location and distance. Delivery and setup fees are specified in your package or proposal.
What happens if I need to cancel my event?
All payments and deposits are non-refundable. However, in certain cases, we may allow rescheduling depending on availability and with proper notice. Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.
